In 2022 Gotto d\u2019oro decided to join ETICO<\/strong> project by Amorim Cork Italia<\/strong><\/a>, an innovative social project which combines circular economy and the goal of recovering used corks and give them a new life.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text] Amorim Cork, world leader in the production of corks and our supplier has a strong sensitivity towards the sustainability.<\/p>\n

Promoted by Amorim Cork Italia in collaboration with non-profit organizations in Italy, the Ethical Project was born in 2011. Recycling becomes an opportunity to respect the environment and at the same time help those who need help and support: cork recycling campaigns have an added social responsibility dimension: for each tonne of collected cork stoppers, a donation is made to a local charity or institution, giving back to civil society.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces” el_id=”bannermezzo” uniqid=”63287d621fa39″][vc_column]

Raccolta<\/h4>
Amorim Cork Italia consegna alle Onlus i box Etico per la raccolta dei tappi.<\/p>\n

Le associazioni posizionano i box in punti strategici sensibilizzando la cittadinanza attraverso iniziative e campagne.<\/p>\n

I tappi vengono stoccati in un punto di raccolta fino al momento in cui non verranno venduti.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>

Selezione<\/h4>
I tappi raccolti vengono sottoposti a un processo di selezione manuale. In tal modo si rimuovono eventuali scarti di capsule, gabbiette o tappi di plastica erroneamente inseriti nel box.<\/p>\n

Solidariet\u00e0<\/h4>
Amorim si impegna a donare i ricavi derivanti dalla raccolta dei tappi alle Onlus. I proventi vengono cos\u00ec utilizzati per sostenere i progetti solidali.<\/p>\n

Macinatura<\/h4>
I tappi vengono triturati e destinati a svariati usi: \u00e8 cos\u00ec che dal riciclo nasce una nuova materia prima che si concretizzer\u00e0 successivamente nel progetto\u00a0Suber<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e in materiale per la bioedilizia.<\/div><\/div> <\/div><\/div>

CORK'S SECOND LIFE<\/h4>
Il design diviene in tal modo ancor pi\u00f9 sostenibile. Si assiste alla nascita di una nuova etica del riciclo e del recupero che conduce a una nuova estetica progettuale. Amorim Cork Italia supplies the ETHICAL cork collection boxes, which are positioned by Alteya coop. sociale onlus ets<\/b> in strategic places in Marino, Rome and the province.<\/p>\n

For each ton of corks collected, Amorim Cork Italia donates a fee of \u20ac700 to Alteya coop. sociale onlus ets<\/b>, to be donated for charitable and solidarity purposes.<\/p>\n

Our role as Gotto d’oro was to bring these two realities into contact, Amorim Cork Italia and Alteya coop. sociale onlus ets<\/b>, with the aim of combining sustainability and social issues, as well as having ourselves become the official collection center for any cork cap.<\/p>\n
